SBR performs treatment in time-sequenced cycles. For a 20-hour daily operation, typical cycle split (example): Fill 2 hrs → React (aeration) 10 hrs → Settle 6 hrs → Decant 2 hrs (timings adjustable by load).

SBR Process Flow (detailed)

1. Bar screen & O&G trap → Collection / Equalization (disc diffuser)
2. Raw sewage transfer pump → SBR Reactor (Batch cycles controlled by PLC)
3. React (aeration by blower) → Settle (no separate clarifier required) → Decant (gravity) → Clarified water tank → PSF → ACF → Hypo dosing → Final Treated Water Tank.
4. Excess sludge pumped to sludge holding and dewatered by filter press/drying bed.
